I also don't get why people keep coming back to the scene in the first Avengers film when Loki touches Ironman with the Sceptre, trying to take him over and it doesn't work. You can clearly hear that the sceptre touches the glass of the ARC reactor which is why he doesn't get taken over. It needs to touch the person and it doesn't. If Loki touched him two inches lower the he's have taken over Tony.

I'd recommend starting a wee' bit earlier after a little shuffling. There's lots of sarcasm in the video, not someone I'd follow personally but still.
I watched about 5 mins of that video, realised that some people over analyse things to death, and caught a grip of myself.
I really don't need to know the nth degree of back story, or in this case a conjectured backstory.
I just hope it's a good movie and makes some modicum of sense

US law is never a straightforward translation to its UK equivalent but convicted, misdemeanour assault and woman heavily imply "Beater of Women" to me.
But on more important matters the internet rumour mills suggests Multi-verse reset is going to be the main plot of Doomsday and Secret Wars. No way this movie pulls a profit with all the big names in it.

The lawsuit for damages was dropped, he had already been found guilty and sentenced for third degree assault and second degree harassment
What a strange little man you are, he was found guilty of smacking her around. Just becusse she 'dropped the charges' after coming to a monetary settlement has zero bearing.
