*** The Official iPhone 17 thread (it has new camera bumps and everything!) ***

The colours are ‘fun’ but yeah, I’m really not sure of the aesthetics of those new Mac phones.

I wonder if it was to help make the air more attractive… *shrug*
 
I don’t know I got the deep blue and really like the look of this one. All setup now but having issues with my eSIM from o2 and now will have to pop into a shop or wait a few days for a new code which sucks but otherwise phone wise loving it so far.
 
I picked up my 17pro today. My network supports e-sim. Should I give it a go or just stick with the micro-sim. Are there any advantages?

I got the dark blue too, though I expected it to be darker, like the 13 my partner has
 
I got the dark blue. Thought hard about the orange but then it was out of stock. Couldn’t like the white panel on back of the silver . Then thought it doesn’t actually matter as it will be in a case anyway .
 
I am tempted to chop my 16 pro for an Air due to the thin and it will have a slightly bigger screen brighter screen also the centre stage camera on front. I like the look of the air better than the pro. Will this be a good move or a bad move? I don't take that much photos with my phone so Pro camera might not bother me? How does the 2 camera in 1 works on the back of the new air?
 
I`ve cancelled my Pro order. I also had the 17 base model ordered, which arrived today. From some of the reviews and comparisons popping up today, this year's base model is not too far away from the Pro. So, going to stick with that.
 
Does Apple allow returns once you’ve set a device up?

I’m really having second thoughts on this 17 pro max. Think I’d rather stick with my 15 pro max despite the battery issues.

I was really tempted by the air, I still am! Whilst I have thought about returning this 17 pro max for the air, I think I’d be returning one problem to by another…..battery issues/speaker issues. Really thinking the 15 pro max will suffice for another year.
