Last of the wet until next weekend apparently (typical) just been to landfill and on to Polzeath but chucking it down, I don't feel like embracing it today so sat in the car drinking tea and gazing out to sea until it's dryer

Well I made it out of the car and found a compact and bijou cave with commanding views of the ocean

Was out walking the dog in the pouring rain this morning... luckily the dog didn't want to go very far

Yeah sometimes it's nice but after weeks of it you just want it to be dry my dogs were the same , sat in the sun at home now with a lone beer I had in the fridge , think it turned

Looking forward to next week. Sunny, calmer (northerly) winds, which means a tailwind home:) But quite nippy in the morning by the looks of it.

Yep car ice warning, sucks to be working today, looks glorious , weird how everyone else parks facing industrial units when I have rough tor plus the sea to my left, they literally park so they can hardly get out while I have half of the car park to myself, people are different I guess

Strongly thinking air con next year.
The split aircon, or one of the portable ones?

We had a split installed a couple years ago. Such a good decision and I don't regret it at all. It's been a lifesaver during the heatwaves.

We occasionally use it for heating too in the winter, which will probably happen in a couple weeks. Very efficient.
