The 5090 FE is an excellent value proposition when compared to all other 5090's. The issue is that most other 5090's offer superior PCB's and better cooling. I recently purchased a 5090 FE with terrible coil whine. If not for the whine I would have been very happy with it.

Certainly not the coolest cards they were desirable because they are pegged at msrp when third party cards were well over that at release, do look pretty nice though.

Are Nvidia handling UK shipping themselves again now? Or still using the other UK company named similary to PRINT?

My 3080ti fe came from that company as well as my 3070, pretty sure they're still handling it.

Doesn't seem like it is them anymore, contacted Nvidia support and they have said it can take 5-7 days for shipment. Not very helpful.

Took the plunge on a 5080FE. When I ordered my 3080FE is was delivered the next day from memory, so hopefully delivery time is similar.

Showed as £999 for me on some devices, and £909 on others, but checkout was £909.

Nothing to do with the usual lot. The ordering process was directly via Nvidia. Potentially they might farm the order off to a 3rd party.

It arrived today. everything customer facing appeared to be a 100% nvidia direct purchase. Only on the shipping label on the outside of the box did it say S**N on one of the lines.

It shouldn't take that long though. Ordered 5090fe on Friday, card was shipped on Monday, delivered by DPD on Tuesday. Nothing to do with S**N, direct from Nvidia.

Have you still got the outer box it came in? Look on the shipping label.

Shipped yesterday at 13:34 coming today. I contacted SN yesterday via chat and they said it is them who send them out but the system is now different to their own. Anyways its on the way for delivery which is the main thing.

Yea thats strange. My fe took 48h to arrive back when it was launched

The support options on the Nvidia site are useless, I've had to just submit a technical support ticket.

Half tempted to just order a 5080 and hope that arrives as I could really do with it tomorrow.

Hmm, 5070s aren't listed again, and 5090 are out of stock. Reckon they've botched it?

May just order a 5080 in case cos I'll be ****ed if I have to wait for another FE drop.

Screw it, ordered a 5080, it's what I wanted initially (for the extra media encoder/decoders).

Now to try and cancel the 5070 before it ships.
