I mean, some events in our lives we have no control over. If somebody loses their job for whatever reason - being made redundant, etc., then naturally they are likely to become stressed. And some people use coping mechanisms to deal with these unfortunate life events, like binge eating.Well, the difference is i do not make excuses about it. One of my problems for instance, is lack of willing to educate myself further to find a better job and earn more money. I could make excuses about it, for example "no time" " too hard" etc. But the truth is, i am not willing to apply myself to better myself financially. No excuses about it.
Its not the worlds fault, its not depression, its nothing else than being stuck in a rutt.
Why do overweight people seem to have so many excuses, when for the most part, it is there own fault?
I'm really not sure why you're continuing to say that these are plainly just "excuses". **** happens in life, people turn to things that provide them instant comfort, which may necessarily not be good for them in the long term.
