Same situation. Joined Tomato Energy at the beginning of December and my experience all this time from the online consumption tracker and my monthly debits has been faultless.For me it is a real shame. Best customer service I've had from any supplier (better than Octopus who people put on a pedestal) and right from the start everything was seamless. Even their energy usage stats via my watts were far more reliable than I had with Octopus.
I'm a bit stuck, I was going to jump back on to Octopus Go (not intelligent as I only 3 pin to a PHEV) but I kept my gas with them (Octopus tracker) and now seems to fall between the cracks of not being a "new" customer so I can't do a regular switch but also I'm not a current leccy customer so I can't simply sign up to a new tariff.
Got a day in the office tomorrow so I'll get in touch with them and see if they can manually sort it for me.
60 quid monthly electric running the house and my Ioniq 28kwh has been pretty sweet especially as I was fully expecting them to go bump like Bulb previously but now that my year is coming to and end what would be my next move?
Likewise I also kept our gas with Octopus but their 65p SC stings compared to Tomato's 45p daily.
