Sometimes I cook it in the Oven, this was cooked via ding.

They feel small batch, have all the oil separation that takeaway Curry’s get.

Meanwhile, relaxing with a White Hot Chocolate.

Must put that on the list "Naughty or Nice" etc....

Lunch - poached eggs and avocado on sourdough. Peak middle class?

Finally harvested the Jalapeños. The hot weather has done them good!

Went for pickled in white vinegar rather than candied for this batch. Plenty of Aji Limons in the fridge which need to be processed!

To go with a vat of chilli con carne.

Beautiful Paneer Curry, “Northern Indian Style Curry, basically a Butter Paneer”

Ridiculously nice for a Ready Meal, I added some Chilli Flakes.

That looks amazing for a ready meal! and your right that Paneer curry is very hard to find in ready meal format, I'm going to Aldi in a bit to see if they have any.
