Is there a free good uninstaller for programs?

The only one I trust is Revo Uninstaller.

is it for uninstalling a specific program or just generally? some of the more popular programs / graphic drivers etc have specific uninstallers made by users/3rd party that can more thoroughly uninstall than the normal program uninstaller. i often search for 'programname uninstaller github' for stuff like this
