I have the new EasySMX X05 Pro on test but the review is on hold as I have found a major deal breaking issue which they are working on a firmware update to resolve. I don't know how other reviewers are handling this but I was just up front and said I cannot continue testing it until it's fixed. the triggers activate 100% hair trigger mode if you gently actuate the either trigger 3 times a short distance, so if you are driving and use RT to accelerate gently, then 3 soft pulls of RT will result in 100% throttle activation as the controller thinks it is in hair trigger mode.
This is a silly design decision lol and I'm puzzled how they let that slip through.
Apart from that it's actually a fantastic controller, the D-Pad is probably the best I have used on a controller so far, it's got those tactile clicky but silent switches that feel so good to use, think Logitech MX Master 3S style silent switches but a little more clicky. Has the additional shoulder buttons too so can be used as a Switch Pro controller nicely.
If they fix the trigger issue then this is easily a budget winner. the sticks feel great too.
