balls. is steam down for everyone .

I changed server in the download settings from Manchester to london and some of my chat went online, but the store page won;t load.

more selecting a more distant server works better but im guessing steam is just borked.

apparently it's a denial of service attack :(

I guess this is a further reminder about the problem with putting all of your eggs in 1 basket on 1 platform :(

servers seem to be coming back up now looking at steam stat. us site but my games are not working

Lots of DDOS activity at the moment aimed at gaming :( EA has been a target the last ~10 days with various Battlefield services under attack.

sometimes its losers trying to get a ransom, a lot of mmos got targeted in the past
