Surely if you don't know what the ingredient is then it's a bit of a red flag though? My point being that it's on the consumer to check what theire consuming. I suppose the marketing is convincing though. Everything seems to be high in "protein" these days... Even dairy products.Totally agree with the fast food comment. It’s astonishing how much high calorie fast food is easily available. It’s no wonder the world is obese.
Ingredients is another challenging argument. Anyone can read the ingredients, most including me won’t know what they are, more won’t know what’s good and what’s not. A lot of people don’t even bother I should imagine!
I suppose this is linked to the fact that everyone wants to be a bodybuilder these days.
