Tried them the other night and enjoyed the food. Their curry chips were lovely.

Had this again last night, 3rd time I've ever had it.

I got the large mixed wrap as a meal, mainly as I needed a drink.

Was ok, but bloody expensive, £14.66 it came to, that with an extra garlic sauce tub but even so.

I'm sure that's a lot more than I paid last time.

Tried this once and it's bloody awful. Never again.

That Gary Eats channel is pretty good and he's not rating it either.

I'd agree with his comments. Had one a while ago an wouldn't go back! Didn't care much for their garlic sauce. Pretty poor and quite expensive with it.

Had a GDK at Meadowhall after people raved about it here. It was nice, not blown away, just nice.

Then i had one at the O2 - within the hour, explosive diarrhoea. Which isn't good at the best of times, but when it comes on during a walking visit to London - it got messy!!

Never touched one since.

Sounds like you had a really similar experience to this guy:

Meadowhall - was decent.

O2 - 30mins later i was tied to the loo, came out quicker than it went in.

Nearest to me is Croydon followed by Epsom or Sutton.

I think I might travel the extra couple of miles to Epsom or Sutton rather than risk a venture into Stab City.
That Croydon is a right dump, most sane folks I know would not venture into Croydon after dark unless out of their head on booze or gear.

I am please the topic was resurrected, I mised it first time round and those GDK's look tasty.

Having stayed at the Travelodge central on the weekend there’s a wealth of takeaways by East Croydon station. I didn’t get stabbed but kept my eye out as I had been warned.
