I'm kinda curious what the connectivity requirement is on these? Like... generally as a 5k2k thing and, sure, these LG's in particular.

Are they a single DP2.1 for full res+full hz or needing the pair?
Does a PBP split need 2 connections?

Would love a link to a decent review that bothers with that kind of detail. If it's been mentioned elsewhere in the thread... apologies, as it was a little more an anticipation/"I just got mine" type one I've not checked all posts.

Ok this is in the sales for £1400 from Europe but ends tonight. Guessing warranty wont transfer from Europe. Oh decisions decisions

It will have an EU warranty, but you’ll be hit with all sorts of charges and paperwork every time it crosses EU-UK borders.

Cheers Jigger - Looks like I will have to buy a new one in the UK then. All used ones have no warranty. It used to be so much easier before Bexit to get that company to move stock to their UK and not have to worry about that kinda stuff

That... was the thing, most reviews gloss over the "there's these ports for connectivity" and that's about as much as is said. Having pushed TB4 to it's extremes for connectivity/bandwidth, painfully aware the headline "it does <THIS> res/hz!" vs what cables ACTUALLY need hooking up and the options available are usually quite different.

Thanks anyway though, "there's reviews" when...I'd been quite specific about reviews GENERALLY not having the info needed.

If anyone has something a bit more (even remotely) insightful, would be appreciated.

As stated earlier your best bet is go and ask on Reddit on those specifics as current owners are more likely to use them and have the info you need.

Sorry, was early and a bit unnecessarily terse. But... really have looked/googled/etc.

Just an idea what connectivity on 2x4KUW connectivity looks like would be swell.
Is it GENERALLY single cable?
Is it single but hmdi 2.1/DP 2.1/TB5 needed?
How's it generally done below that?
