Need help booting to Bios.

Hey all so I've recently bought and built this:

My basket at OcUK:

1 x be quiet! PURE POWER 12 550W 80 Plus Gold Power Supply (SKU: POW-BEQ-04030) = £69.95

1 x AMD Ryzen 5 7600 Six Core 5.10GHz (Socket AM5) Processor - Retail (SKU: CP-3DW-AM) = £160.99
1 x Asus Prime B650-Plus WIFI (Socket AM5) DDR5 ATX Motherboard (SKU: MOT-ASU-04537) = £112.99
1 x TeamGroup Vulcan EXPO 32GB (2X16GB) DDR5 PC5-44800C40 5600MHz Dual Channel Kit - Black (FLABD532G5600HC40BDC01) (SKU: MY-0B3-TG) = £110.00
1 x Kolink Unity Lateral Performance Midi Tower Case - Black (SKU: CA-07N-KK) = £49.95

Everything has gone together fine, no issues, just like any other build, but this is the first time I've done a build without a GC.

When I plugged in a HDMI monitor, keyboard, mouse, power, network and hit power, I get a power on light on the case and absolutely nothing else happened.

I tried with the monitor in standby mode, with it on and flashing no HDMI signal but nothing...
Any tips or hints for getting this little chap to start up?

Are the fans spinning on the cpu cooler ? Any lights on the mobo ?
Or just nothing at all ?

Just a flash, or a constant light?

If you have a constant light with fans on, how long did you wait? These PCs can take a long time on first boot, 5-10 mins is not unusual.

Fans spinning, no lights on the main board though...

It was a constant light with fans on, maybe I didn't give it long enough... 5 - 10 mins seems like a very very long time! I'll put it back together and turn it on and leave it a bit!

yes memory timing check thing takes ages, I thought my Ryzen was dead so was panciking, I did something like make a sandwhich have a shower came back and it was booted up.

Yeah the first boot can take 5-20 mins while it tests the memory.
Let it run for a bit and see what happens.

What if you interrupt it, I think I pressed reset button.

Might remove battery and let it re-do the checking from scratch

Just restart it and it should start again, leave it to sit running for abit see if that clears it up.

Dang. Can you take some pics of the insides?

I'd say most common reason for black screen is forgot the CPU power connector at top left of board, or memory not seated properly.

Edit: wow, hope you didn't pay £12,000 for that memory kit.

I did not pay £12000...

I'm stumped though and it wont upload the images...

RAM in the correct slots? Typically they're on the other set. Double check

I'm unsure what you mean, there is a black set and a grey set, why wouldn't it work in one set or other?

They're meant to go in 2 and 4 first (A2 and B2).

You often get worse results in the other slots.

Double check the manual. On both of my systems it's the other pair (the gray one)
