OCUK post tools greyed out on Chrome mobile

As title. The tools for bold, itilalics, insert link, media, etc are greyed out on chrome on my mobile. Anyone know why?

Fine on firefox and on chrome on my work mobile.

check whether you have "toggle bbcode" button selected (the two square brackets)
