10s is now standard. 5s is only given if there are mitigating factors.

I've just watched the highlights and think people are being unfair to Stroll. He did exactly what Russell did to Verstappen, except Ocon failed to take action.

I haven’t compared them but it seemed like he came from much further back than Russell. Ocon didn’t take avoiding action because he didn’t think he was anywhere near. Stroll gets prat points for driving off with his wheel hanging off. He should get a black flag for that just to prove a point.

All in all, what a disaster for McLaren. They’re going to be tiptoeing through this GP.

Not read back through the thread but i'm sure it's been mentioned (and IMO) the McLarens double DNF was Oscars fault for trying a big switchback move in the first corner,
I put the blame firmly on him... It's a shame really as i would have preferred him to win the WDC, but with moves like that he doesn't deserve it
