Washer dryer

We have a 13/7kg LG washer dryer in the house and then a 9kg Samsung Washing Machine and 9 kg Heat pump tumble dryer in the garage. The Samsung appliances are about 6 weeks old and were £450 each.

My wife runs a Dog Grooming Business from home so she gets through A LOT of towels. The separate appliances works so so much better than the Hisense 12/8kg condenser tumble dryer she used to have. Uses a lot less energy and the towels come out bone dry. The only faff is having to move the items but it's hardly the end of the world.

The LG is for human items and that does a fantastic job of washing and drying but it was £1000 so it should be for that price.

That I know but don't have the space for it so got to make the sacrifice.
I need a washer dryer quick my ones bearings gone and it's now making the loudest racket ever.
Anyone got any suggestions or can post up a link to a good deal unit that has high 11+ kg capacity?
I see...

Even though the company I worked at for 27 years made washer dryers we never recommended them, more things to go wrong.
Always have separates if you can.

Odd my Hotpoint washer dryer used twice a day every day for 7 or 8 years gave no issues till now where it's still working but bearings are gone and makes an absolute racket. I'm confident with new bearings it would still give a few more years of service.
I took it apart and had a look at the drum basket unit and it doesn't use a gasket and screws it's like it's been bonded together, I could cut the bonding replace the bearings and tigerseal it back together but not confident enough that it won't leak after.

Can't hold out any more so bit the bullet and got the hisense washer dryer

My current ones making too much noise and sounds like it's gonna explode, just hope it hangs on till Thursday
This is the one we had that really wasn't very good at all that I mentioned in an earlier post. The washing cycles take about 2 1/2 to 3 hours and the tumble dryer never really got things properly bone dry. Total time was about 7 hours and it uses lots of electric to dry as it's not a heat pump dryer. I returned it after about 3 months and got the separate Samsung appliances. The final straw for the Hisense was that it threw an error message about overheating which is a massive red flag.

When installing this does it need anything removed like some have some foam stuff that needs to be removed for use since it's only added in for transport

Every washing machine/tumble dryer should have bolts put in from the rear so the tub doesn't move so make sure you unscrew those, everything else should be visible.

First issue iv encountered with the hisense, can't connect to my WiFi since password exceeds the 32 character limit. Not sure how to progress further with this. Tried hotspot from another phone but washing machine only sees 2.4ghz band and not 5ghz the phone puts out

I work in hundreds of properties per year and see all sorts of washing machines. I can confirm combo washer/dryer are pure pants. Hours go by and contents still not dry. They should have a step in between the wash and dry that makes you take half the contents out
