Unfortunately it's only a handful. The majority aren't "play anywhere". Marketing have made it sound as if it's a "growing" feature to help promote sales of the Xbox ROG Ally. So, Hogwart's Legacy is now "play anywhere", but that's not a hard sell for Warner Bros since the game has already sold tens of millions of copies across multiple platforms and can be bought for a few bucks on sale. Square Enix are throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks because they are in financial difficulties following repeated poor sales with titles like Final Fantasy etc. I wouldn't expect many studios / games to follow with "play anywhere" ... from a business perspective they want the extra revenue from consumers having to pay for multiple licenses.
