Your area, in Newcastle upon Tyne , is ranked 1,081 out of 33,755 in the 2025 Index of Multiple Deprivation (where 1 is most deprived and 33,755 is least deprived). This means it is more deprived than most neighourhoods.

whos got the most privilege ? I'm guessing I'm one of the least.... where I grew up was only around 1600 too :|

I'm in a nobody town in rural Bedfordshire, so I imagine that's a factor.

But then again, I also entered random postcodes and it couldn't find any data for them too.

I can say super deprived. Regret moving here.
I'll check the link now and see what it actually says.. Hint.. This is a reform area now.

Edit. England only.

'Your area, Stratford-on-Avon, is ranked 18,728 out of 33,755 in the 2025 Index of Multiple Deprivation (where 1 is most deprived and 33,755 is least deprived). This makes your area broadly average for an English district.'

So I refreshed the page and found all the postcodes.
I'm not sure I agree.
I put my parents postcode and it came just over halfway (just better than average).

To me it was a really nice area, no crime, detached houses everywhere.

Not sure how much area gets grouped into 1 area. But I was surprised it was middle.

We didn't even have keys growing up as door was never locked. Never owned a front door key until university

Tried my postcode again and found it this time.

Your area, Central Bedfordshire 014B, is ranked 28,491 out of 33,755 in the 2025 Index of Multiple Deprivation (where 1 is most deprived and 33,755 is least deprived). This means it is less deprived than a typical neighbourhood.

Not surprising.

Yeah, my postcode is a village outside the town, and I don't see much deprivation here really. New builds everywhere, stupid house prices, lots of expensive cars.
