Woohooo I'm back

Don't care what anyone says, I've always loved Noel Edmonds.
Noel Edmonds House Party, I'd watch it live, but I also remember setting the timer on the VCR for it, I'd never actually watch it again and tape over it a week later, but it was cool to have it recorded!

Yeah, he lives in the South Island being a mentalist and upsetting the locals. I think the restauarant/winery/holistic charm bracelet operation he was running went belly up which, of course, was everyone else's fault but his own.

Grade A numpty.
Oddly enough, there was a regular in my old local who hailed from New Zealand - he'd been sent there as a child and had no connection with his family in the UK.

Anyway, one night he told his story - he'd been reunited with his mother and the rest of his family on Noel's Christmas Presents back in the early 90s & has been here ever since.

Never knew the back story with his mother & how he was sent packing to the other side of the world. Didn't like to ask, really.

I had a 90s complication CD on in the car yesterday (yes a Compact Disk). Meat Loaf, anything for love was on their. I explained to my 8 year old in the back, how it was no1 for something like 6-7 weeks. Also why it didn't get to 8 weeks.

What was so complicated about it?

This is becoming more and more popular, old stuff making a come back, old films getting a remake. I generally think todays society has lost some of it's ingenuity
