There is a tiny minority that do stuff at 7am, however the vast majority dont - hence why in all polls BST wins.

Yep, every poll I've seen on the matter BST is the overwhelming winner. Wasting your (BST) time here though, it's a cult of darkness.

Nobody cares if its light for your dog walk in the evening. Better to have it light for kids walking to school rather than dark until 10am.

Stupid exaggeration for someone in Hampshire, where the latest BST sunrise would be 9am and it's obviously light way before then.

Edit: Also, kids walking to school hasn't been a thing since the 80s.

Thats the thing about making changes for the entire UK, you have to think about everyone not just the people in Hampshire.

I think it's clear from the polls that people want the light in the evenings.

We had a vote for brexit, people voted, it was a bad choice.. But it happened.

Lets have the same for clock change.
We will get BST 12 months of the year and everyone (yeah everyone!) will be happier!

Rubbish!

Both my kids walk to school (Bedfordshire), with my eldest (14) leaving the house at half seven.

More than happy to have lighter mornings and take the hit of leaving work in the dark.
