After that chilli (thought it was a pepper!!) I'll be glowing for a good 24 hours
Memories!Made some chocolate rice crispy cakes! Something I've not done in a looooong time. used a 360g bar of Cadburys chocolate. Was hoping it would have gave me enough to fill all the trays, but still happy with how they turned out. Might wait for Easter before trying again, so I can get those little mini eggs to stick on top
I'm sure you can find mini eggs before then, or minstrels!

Six by nico’s cooking New York 10 course menu.
The “new York slice” was probably my favourite, I could easily have demolished a giant bowl of that and asked for seconds.
Bacon egg and cheese and the double chicken probably tie for second spot followed by the cheese cake.
The least favourite was probably the black and white cookie. Biscuit was a little too dry and flipped from sweet to savoury each bite. The little big apple was a great pallet cleanser but was almost fully melted by the time it made it to us which was a shame.
The Appletine was quite tasty, shame it wasn’t in a martini glass so I could fully channel my inner JD lol!

I just made Falafel balls from a Falafel mix. Mix with water, let it stand 10 minutes, form into balls and fry in oil. Added to wholemeal tortilla wraps, houmous, crunchy salad and sliced pickled beetroot.
