You will not be disappointed. I love my H2D. It's my main workhorse now.

Palletised delivery I think, it is what it is.

It’s probably too big for the likes of DPD and they’d smash it to pieces.

Fair point though I wish there was an option to go to the warehouse to collect it.

suddenly getting prints pulling up at the corners. really don't want to go back to the old pritt stick. whats everyone's go-to hair spray?

What's your print surface, pei sheet or something else?

PEI, I've also tried a carbon fiber one as well, same issue.
it's clean, soap and then IPA,

Soap it dry it , no ipa.

What printer is it? If it’s a P1S, try turning off turn the chassis fan off for the first few layers and open the door.

nah it's a mercury 1:1. open frame. I think it's just too cold in the room atm. may have to try with the heating on.

I had similar on my Ender 3, was a through draft issue, put stuff next to the printer to block the flow of cold air and it solved it for the most part...

I’ve had much less issues on my Bambu A1 since moving it further from the door

H2S just turned up. My god it’s a heavy sod. Just watching BL’s unboxing video to make sure I don’t miss anything.

Have fun. Yeah, they are very heavy. My wife and I had fun trying to get the thing in to my workshop and then on the bench.

The H2S is an impressive machine that’s a lot quieter than my X1C.

The only negative I have, other than the bloody weight (my poor back), is with the AMS 2 Pro. Bambu Lab could have accepted people use filaments other than theirs and made the new AMS able to take cardboard spools, with the printed adapters, with the lid fully closed.

What cardboard spools do you use? I’ve always put them in the AMS without any covers and not had any issues and no sign of dust/fibres like I’ve seen reported.

I've got some Eryone cardboard spools and recently(ish) they've increased the diameter. The bigger ones, with the printed adapters are just too big where I'm currently printing with some Eryone PETG, I bought in 2024, that with the adapters just fits.

I'm not going to buy any filament with cardboard spools from now on, save for any specialty filaments that use them, and stick to Sunlu and Bambu Labs reusable spools. Plus any other brands that use reusable, I just wish they'd all get together and come up with a bloody spool standard.

I printed one of them last year so I should really transfer the filament from cardboard spools.

I think I am going to have to print off that rewinder because I have several cardboard spools and hate them. I vacuum seal my filaments after use and it destroys the cardboard spools plus I have a couple of empty spools doing nothing now.

That particular one is great. You need to order some skate bearings (cheap from amazon) but it moves the filament side to side so it fills up the spool evenly. I've done a handful now and it's worked perfectly.

Pretty sure you can also use 3d printed bearings. They will not last as long and you’ll need to grease them when you assemble them but they work fine.
