Sometimes you just need to add a little more voltage to get them stable at 6000mhz as some motherboards ru n that speed at 1.35v where it's mitte need 1.4v .

Check your memory specification at it should say what voltage.

Updated to the latest bios everything is on stock apart from expo enabled now showing errors in test 8

Rma time?
A small number of errors showing slowly, e.g. one or two to low 10s, is usually a config issue and can be resolved with some minor tweaking.

A large number of errors showing quickly, e.g. hundreds, or even thousands, is almost certainly faulty memory.

If there's no errors at all when EXPO/XMP is disabled, then faulty memory is less likely.

Ive set the ram at 5800 instead of 6000 and no errors showing up now on memtest
Ran stability tests using aida seems fine
Thanks

It might be any of CPU, motherboard, RAM that don't like the speed, though you could try a little more volts as mickyflinn suggested. There can be more luck with manually setting the speed and timings too, but you'd need to know what volts the board uses by default with XMP/EXPO enabled, since not only DRAM voltage is changed.

1.35v i believe

Board is the asus b650 plus wifi latest bios
Cpu 9800x3d

Bit hesitant on upping the voltage but seems stable now ive downclocked it slightly cant see losing any noticable performance with it set at 5800 instead of 6000 apart from it now not resetting the pc
