As per the post on the steam page:

Early access is chapter 1, then they'll release 1a (fixes) & 1b (side missions)
Chapter 2 is jungle missions
Chapter 3 is arctic/urban
1.0 is full release

And the price will slowly rise as more content is added they said. Get in now for all updates.
 
It's good fun, think there's 10 or 11 levels in this first chapter. Seems quite easy early on, but then the radar AA stations appear!

That seems a fair price, loved desert strike on the mega drive, was brutal though, i crashed more times due to low fuel

Same here. I think it might have been the first game I finished. It's either that or the lion king. Both using a bloody joystick :o

Bought, despite having not played a PC game in years. Just love to see and support this sort of thing.

3.4hrs and I've finished chapter 1, only died a couple of times. Obviously I spent my first upgrade money on the Apache :D
 
CDKeys/Loaded doesn't have this in stock. I might actually have to buy this direct from steam!
Edit: Hah, it's one of those games where it was actually cheaper on Steam anyway.

Next post with a problem :)
I selected test flight after visiting my hangar for the first time and now I can't get out of that test flight.
I hover over my landing pad and hold CTRL. The helicopter lands and spins down it rotors but they don't ever actually stop rotating.
As soon as I release CTRL it flies up again.

Am I missing something really obvious?

I just pressed ESC in the end and selected 'quit to menu'. That seems a bit weird as I thought landing would auto take me there.

I played Desert Storm Strike loads on the mega drive and at £11.51 it does not seem like a bad price either.

I may grab it as looking for something to play at the moment.

Edit - Went ahead and got the game anyway, will give me something to play during my week off work

I hesitate to be that guy but I'm afraid I must be, it's Desert Strike.

Also careful about presuming there's much to play here, only act 1 of 3 planned available so far. Pocket money either way so probably doesn't matter.

Yeah, god knows where I got storm from!

I've done the first 3 missions so far and its not a bad little game.
