New mobo/cpu/ram combo

Hi guys I currently have a 3080 and I've had some issues with my CPU and CPU cooler long story short I need to upgrade my MOBO CPU and ram

Used for gaming only really.

Whats the best stuff on the market currently as ive not looked at anything for 5 years. Currently have a white case and cables/cooler etc so bonus points for white items!

9800x3d is the best for gaming but memory is triple the price it was 4 weeks ago you could save £60 by going for the 7800x3d which is only slightly slower .
