Wonder why it isn't attempted so far.

No way would a team allow their prized rider to do it - far too many areas with no run off etc. Bet there's a load would do it though

You'd think.a road racer like Peter Hickman etc would have given it a go.

Yeah, I don't see why any Isle of Man TT rider wouldn't do it.
