Slow the F down.
It was working, you moved it and then you’re reinstalling windows to fix a fault you likely caused when moving it.

Back up. Try booting without GFX first.

Its sort of workibg it gets into windows 11 locks up and reboots..still got the garbled sound ..

took ram out and back in its not locking up but youtube videos are garbled and stop any ideas?

regards scubes

Best thing at this point is to build it outside the new case, on the motherboard box for example with only the very bare minimum plugged in

All i can depend on the advice in here cant even watch youtube without hitching .and lockung up..

What is the full spec of the PC?

I would double check all PSU cables at the component end as well as PSU (If modular)

If the CPU has a IGPU give that a try and see if that helps.

I would remove the other board from the case and put it on a box and build outside the case as something could be sorting or not very happy.

Ok, as mentioned take a step back.

What EXACTLY did you do? Just move the PC into a new case? You said your nephew did that though?
What exact motherboard and other components (RAM/CPU/storage) do you have?
Can you get into the BIOS?
Are ALL of the cables from the PSU securely plugged in (at both motherboard & PSU ends), do you have the ATX 24 pin and the 8 pin CPU in securely?
Take out the GPU and run on onboard gfx only if your CPU supports it, what happens? Leave the GPU out while you troubleshoot.
Unplug all case fans, anything plugged into USB headers, any extra storage drives so you have motherboard/CPU/RAM/PSU and main OS drive only, what happens?

The whole PC locks up, or just the YouTube video?

Does it run fine apart from YouTube?

If it does (run fine apart from YouTube), it could be a driver/software problem.

If it does not (run fine apart from YouTube), then that's hard to say.

I'd:
Check the event viewer.
Download hwinfo to check temps.

Well looks like the problem is my 5090 have another card in now and its flawless.

Looks a rma is in order dobt understand this at all ..

Is that with or without the riser? Is PCI-E gen set to 3 or 4 manually?

5090 can have complications with boards/risers due to PCI-E 5.0.

It is without the riser thing is the 5090 works in my sons pc so im out of ideas been at this since 6 this morning..

At this point I’d stop pressing buttons if you’re not sure 100% what you’re doing and get in the phone to your nephew and see when he can get round.

It sounds like it needs a little tweaking. Possibly bios reset and set up again but without sounding harsh. I don’t think you’re best placed for doing it yourself without instant guidance.
