After a big dinner of homemade lasagne, a nice dessert cocktail goes down a treat. Peppermint martini! Delicious!

Onto the next of my self random picked Christmas lot.

Had a go at some homemade limoncello which has been doing it’s thing for then last
month. It’s a tiny bit slushy when taken from the freezer so guessing I got the mix slightly off, tastes great though.
