Hi all, I've made a bigger order from Northface during the Black Friday sale, I only received half of what I ordered, missing around £200 worth of clothing.

The order was split into 2 packages, one only had 1 item (correct) and the other was supposed to have 8 items, but only contained 4 items. The weight of the package is around 2kg whilst the label states 4kg. Parcel wasn't damaged or unsealed, there're no signs of tampering.

Reading online, it seems I'm not the only one that got scammed by Northface, anyone else was in a similar situation? The silence from the customer service doesn't inspire too much confidence...

Not with Northface, but have been in a similar situation with JD Sports a couple years ago.

Did you pay for the order using a credit card? If so, you could claim via Section 75.

What have their customer service been saying? Though I assume they haven't responded at all, as you mentioned silence?

Taking it further, Citizens Advice looks to have some useful advice on a situation like this. Have a read through this: https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/c...f-something-you-ordered-hasnt-been-delivered/

I had a feeling it was unlikely you’d been ‘scammed’ by The North Face tbh.

Ah, you must have failed their allyship course to have been treated so badly. Shame.

scammed by Northface
Something got missed while packing, it happens. A big company isn't out to 'scam' anyone like that.

I had a package from Amazon before Christmas which contained two out of the expected three items. I contacted them, they simply sent me the missing item.

It happens.

We discuss this a while back in the trading thread… shame what’s happen to north face as a brand. People wearing north face are the ones likely to be committing low tier crimes not the victims of it. Lol

Aren't north face worn by chavs?
Yub, they used to be quite up market proper winter sports wear… I have a wardrobe full of down body warmers, jackets and coats. But they seem to lost that market now and obtain the roadman market.

Might also be multiple parcels in the same shipment and the 2nd box has went missing at courier somewhere?

Sometimes the label might say "1 of 2" or similar in small writing somewhere (not always though)

It felt like it considering how long it took, still need to wait 14 days for a refund.

Amazon aren't great either tbh, last Christmas my grill never arrived, must have been a ghost as the ring camera never saw anyone deliver it in the first place.

The quality of clothes has went down, I'm keeping 2 items from the initial order...

Have you read the whole first post? Literally I said, it was split into 2, as one item was located in a different Warehouse.
