AFCON starts in two weeks time. Not sure when we were going to release him originally but I know some federations wanted players released early. IMO we tell Salah he can go early, sort his head out and if he's not contrite and apologetic when he comes back then off to Saudi he goes for £50-£75m. What a way to tarnish your legacy.
 
Can see the board acting on Howe soon, away performances are shocking, we haven’t taken a point in the league when we’ve fallen behind this season, credit in the bank is disappearing fast

It sounds like he’s fallen out with the board, basically. I think he’s on track to be a decent manager, I know City have him on a shortlist to replace Pep…
 
He deserved this season after winning two cups last season, but things just didn't click this season for one reason or another. He made some interesting tactical decisions like playing defenders in midfield and trying to get them to invert when they weren't suited to play that role.

I just don't know who we could bring in that is already out of a job.

Cesc could be tempted and has done a decent job at Como, but may want to stay there till end of season.
