The AMD Driver Thread

AMD app is showing 159fps on the average, 1440p, highest setting more or less apart from knocked daytime/nighttime shadows (generally don't notice LQ and gives boost) RT off, motion blur off, 9070XT, GPU is also reduced power -30, undervolted, Ryzen 7 7700 +100mhz OC
 
@AMD_Vik With the game Dune Awakening, apparently ppl with amd cards and maybe combo of amd cpu too i dunno is having crashing with latest drivers and on their dc they said this.

We're aware of an increased number of crashes reported by players with AMD hardware. This appears to be related to AMD Adrenaline driver versions 26.5.1 and 26.5.2.

If you're experiencing crashes and are using this combination of hardware and software, we recommend downgrading to AMD Adrenaline 26.3.1 until new drivers are released.

Just wondering if its something you know about and is it been worked on. I myself havent had crashes but then im not on them driver versions as 26.1.1 are doing ok for me so far in most things. Also the overland map and hagga basin maps map view has shimmering on and wondering if thats getting fixed with driver update too as i think they said its a amd issue and ingame still not fixed so presuming it might be a amd driver issue as i noticed it when moving to this driver as previous driver didnt have it but then i duno if its cos of a driver update before or a update of the game that broke it.

Don't know if it's just the weather maybe it's my PC's way of telling me it's to nice a day to be sat at my desk lol... But my PC today is being weird had 3 driver crashes in 30 minuets just watching YouTube videos... 26.3.1 not bothered updating because this driver has been really stable until today now it's just given up... lol
