back again with more free Broken Daylight mp3s!

Afternoon all!

Just wanted to put up a little post to say my band have just finished our latest album, so thought i'd stick a sneaky link to it up here for anyone that wants a listen, as I know a few of you liked our last offering! It's basically our favourite tracks from the last demos, with some new ones, recorded properly this time and got it mixed by a great guy called Jose Calvillo who appears to be the king of polishing turds! Anyway, the link is here, and i'll leave them up for a few days

got to say like the ones I have listened to a lot. these are the days is fantastic and the hook on believe is really cool, will continue listening over the next few houtrs.

and mabe a tip mate, put Broken Daylight in the thread titile, as loads of us will remember the name of the band but maybe not yer username if you know what I mean.

And this all young musicians is exactly what happens when you start listening a bit more to each other and perfecting your art of recording etc.
This about a year on and the difference is phenomenal.
Excellent and I look forward to running home with them on my IPOD.
What the hell, I may blast some of them through a 4k rig tonight.

Cheers! I definately took on board the comments from you and others on the last one. No using a pod this time, all the guitars went through our valve amps miced up. Also tried not to do many overdubs, only a few of the tracks needed extra guitar tracks, and we spent longer getting the drum mics in the right postion as well. Took us a weekend to record it, and months to mix it, but it was worth it!

haha. i did it in single tracks so people could have a quick listen to one track, then not have to waste as much bandwidth if they hated it!
