Been building a garage last autumn but all came to a stop over the winter due to the weather turning our garden into a swamp.

Had a double garage door laid down on our garden for a few months when work stopped, gone back to finish digging the footings for the base today and it seems that a fox has decided to take shelter under the door and died.

Problem is, it has probably been there a while, over a month, it's full of maggots, it stinks and just looking at it makes me want to puke.

Anyone know of any way of getting someone else to come & move it as i cant go near it  ??

Just be strong.

It's like cleaning out animal litter trays. Hold you're breath, get in there with a shovel, straight into a black bag, into the wheeley bin and you are done!

If the stench is horrific spray a load of air freshener in the vicinity... a Glade Pacific Breeze industrial strength can really helps to take the edge off.

Then brush up what's left!

Not a chance, last month i had to move some stuff in the existing garage & uncovered a dead mouse covered in woodlice, i shot out of the garage quicker than you can say BOO!

I have a problem going near insects for some reason, therefore a fox full of maggots is a no-no.

what's it going to do, spring back to life, shake off the maggots and try to eat you?

Lassoo the tail with some fine cotton and tie the other end to a neighbors car, inform local hunt, job done.

It aint the fox that bothers me, it's the insects, i know they cant harm me, even things like ladybirds can freak me out.
