Just for fun as has'nt been one in while.
- What have you got right now on your hard drives?
- what have you recently un-installed....why?
- What game have you got installed that you keep for no good reason?
- What is the next game you must have?

FEAR
SupCom Demo
Silent Hunter III

Un-installed

HL2 and EP1 - i find 'em once only affairs. 2nd time round lost magic.
Dark Messiah - same reason as above + I have Oblivion which nails it
BF2142 - same 'ol same 'ol MP malarkey.

Don't know why i keep SH3? prolly cos its got tons of mods installed but I rarely play it! one of those games that the minute I un-install it I'll want to do a campaign.

Want, nay need STALKER! waiting for funds to clear for new hardware first.
umming and rrr'ing about dual booting Vista as Crysis and Bioshock look great.

I keep all my games installed at once, i have the hard drive space, why not use it. However, i only play a few of them regularly, the rest i only play occasionally/never. That's another reason why i'm holding off buying other games, i need to complete what i've got at the moment.

EDIT: I have BF2142 but don't play it and it's not installed so my brother has no reason to use my pc :D

I don't really uninstall unless I need space, I generally come back to most of these games too.
 
Not a lot at the moment, even though I have nearly 100 PC games. I have to be in the right mood the play them, so all I have installed is these:

The Godfather
C&C Generals + Zero Hour
