What kind of suggestions are you looking for? Buy a buss pass...?

that's what I was thinking

sorry to hear that though. did you not see the no sign or did you just drive through it?

i saw the sign i was just bein lazy i guess i mean everyone who lives there does it, was at a mates (not drinkin) was wounderin should i bother lookin at the courts or not im so gutted atm

If you've lost it then you need to retake your test and drive more sensibly next time.

If you haven't lost it yet and you weren't caught in person then you might be able to fob ithe points off to someone else.

Ouch, time to get a push bike.

Dont fob the points off take it on the chin, you knew what you was agreeing to when you started driving.

As far as im aware its not a ban? Just a resit? If so, book your test in and you will be back on the roads in no time.

is that throey and test or both....... whats gonna happen to me insurance ?

At your age m8, and losing your license already... it isn't going to be pretty. In fact, will his insurance ever be the same again? I think i'm getting this mixed up with a ban. Your insurance may go back to normal when the points have expired.

I know of an ex-colleague who drove his articulated truck into somebody "being lazy" ignoring a no entry sign and coming round a blind bend towards him.

The car driver was hospitalised big time, and the shock has made my mate hang up his keys for good.

He's gone from an experienced driver to somebody who literally would rather now get a bus.

Frankly, I'd be glad if you've lost your licence! Harsh but true.

Your licence is a privilage not a right, and you've obviously had your chances. The roads are full of people too lazy to drive properly - I'm mixing it with them every day. (I'm a professional driver you see)

Next time, engage your brain before your gear. ;)

Sorry but false hopes would be worse than expecting some sort of leniency :(

As harsh as it is, there's nothing much you can do. Acid has summarised exactly what the insurance people are going to be like.

Sorry to hear about it, being car-less is just painful :(

im a good driver tbh (lazy yes)and wouldnt of done it if i saw a car just that police man was very good at spointing idiots .....

Forlorn hope I'm afraid.

I believe Dangerous (IIRC? I might be confused with someone else) lost his license in this way (6pts in the first two years), he re-passed his test pretty quickly.

***edit***

No you aren't. If you were, you wouldn't have lost your license. :)
