Samsung 245B

I have just purchased the samsung 245B monitor and have a red pixel showing on a black screen. What is the policy for this, does it require multiple pixels to die as i cant see anything about it in the samsung literature.

I think you need more than one dead pixel to RMA it in fact it might be five or seven, but can someone please confirm.

altough irrelevant as i am in greece , samsung here replaces the screen if its only 15 days old. after that u gonna need 7 dead pixels.

From what i have read it requires 17 or more for 21"-24" dead for replacement although it shouldnt ship with bad pixels. Some other forums i have read have stated samsungs no shipping dead pixel policy so i will try and phone them tomorrow see if i have any luck.
