My cousin “who’s not computer literate what so ever” has a problem connecting his Acer Aspire 5630 to a Kodak Easy share 500 printer, The laptop has Vista installed on it and he says the printer works fine on his windows XP home computer.
He has tried downloading and installing Vista drivers from the Kodak website but still no luck. He says when he prints a document; it shows in the print queue as pending. He receives no other errors.
Can anyone help me out here?
