Norton - anyway to make thies POS quicker?

NOD32. It just works. Well.
hmm i'm using zonealarm security software and its rubbish seems you guys like to use nod32 , avast etc
people only use that norton rubbish as the purple shirt people must have it on offer
anyway just set it to the default or lower scans which should help

Slightly OT, but what makes me laugh is the people who seem to think they know everything and say they don’t have a antivirus program and say they haven’t had any viruses in as many years and download all sorts, erm how do you know you have a Virus with not antivirus installed!
