So the Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3P-B3 costs more money and dont have video on board ,Where as the Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 does have video and costs less strange that .

I all so did notice another thing about both boards one as more sata then the other , ( 6 for UD3H ) ( 8 for UD3P ) .So would you think that £20 pounds more for UD3P is worth that extra two sata and not for getting it dont have onboard video ..I dunno .

It also has better (12 phase) voltage regulation and prolly a few other things if you look at the specs.

Gigabyte have also released a version of the GA-Z68X-UD3P-B3 with HDMI so will make full use of the intergrated video/lucid. Its called GA-Z68XP-UD3P-B3 and is £140ish too.

P = useless HDMI port that is limited to 1920×1200 @ 60Hz. Available on much of the range now.

GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 has a DisplayPort so much the better option if you plan on using Virtu or onboard graphics with a high res display (2560×1600 or 2650×1440)

Gigabyte have a ridiculous number of Z68 boards, but they all seem crocked in some way. Pity really, if they did UD4H, UD5H and UD7H that would be more appealing. Proper UEFI with mouse support would be nice too.

Asus ROG boards sport only an HDMI port also, if one needs DisplayPort then use one on your descrete card while still using virtu.
