Am working near-ish in Swindon and have already heard a few jets going over, didn't get the chance to poke my head out and see what they were though

Also one of the guys we've got in doing some work was saying some of the Jordanian air force are in the same hotel as him.

The sky over our place has been unusually busy over the last few days, maybe visiting aircraft arriving for RIAT??

Sunday - Bright and breezy with scattered cloud and occasional showers. In between showers there will be some strong July sunshine and a maximum temperature of 20 C.

I'm going to hold them to that!

Pouring with rain here at Cricklade ( 4 miles SW of Fairford ). I hope it dries up for those going to the show. I was going to cycle to Fairford today, but I`m not sure now.

A soggy morning followed by a better afternoon. Looks like tomorrow it'll be better earlier. I had the forethought to get an enclosure ticket - with a tent.

Who here went yesterday? Anyone know what times the main attractions are? (A10, su 27, vulcan etc)

I live nearby so might try and nip in to the field at the north west end of the runway this afternoon... (I believe there's somewhere near here? http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en...732,-1.775496&sspn=0.055332,0.128059&t=h&z=16)

If not there's a field in Mersey Hampton i went to last year.
