Good Mobo, with upgrade path. 8GB of RAM, with low so a cooler could be fitted. Nice modular PSU. Decent case for the price. CPU Will run games fine, BF3 isn't particularly CPU intensive.
Should come to around £430. A better mobo would be nice than what i spec'd but that certainly has some grunt for gaming. Trouble is the i5Ks arent much more than the i5 2300
Post what you intend to purchase just before you do. Some of the parts i suggested are on weekly offer, these offers change and we can make sure you dont pay more than you need to if you tell us what you've put in your basket.
My list was to give you a rough idea of what's possible. That 460 at the mo is probably the best budget GPU for the price. How you divide the rest of the budget is really down to you. Good luck with the build any probs or questions come back to us
The 560Ti rival is the 6870. The superclocked 460 will be better than what the anandtech benchmarks show for the 460. Although to be fair the 560Ti will beat the SOC 460 anyway but it does come at a cost.
Although then you can argue the i5 2300 is better than an i3. Personally I'd have a better CPU as it is more of a benefit to the system as a whole. You can use the anandtech link bobby used to check CPUs too.
Like I said it down to you how you divide the budget, bobbys spec is certainly a capable budget gaming rig. Note the H67 mobo that gives you USB3 you dont get that on the H61.
