Playing Oblivion and i've already put 45 hours in without touching the main story, i'm just exploring the world, closing some Oblivion gates and scouting some Dungeons. Absolutley loving the game, not been this much into gaming since I last played Heavy Rain on the PS3.
Anyway, my mate came over yesterday and apparently my game might be bugged? I've playing the Deluxe Steam one with a UI and texture mod so i'm not sure if it's these but i've made a Nord Warrior and i'm level 21 but apparently my Magicka/Mana is bugged? He says you start on 100 and work your way up to more but mines at 86 at level 21? I've got no diseases and i've taken screenshots of my character and stats, any help would be appreciated:
