I took the speed triple in for its 6k service and had a street triple for the weekend. Initial impressions were that the street is an astonishingly good bike, but one of the main things I noticed was that the clutch was so much lighter on the street.
It was a new bike (1500 miles, 14 plate), and I know it's a smaller engine, but it's making me think that my clutch on the speed is overly heavy. They're both cable clutches, so I'm not sure what could be causing it.
Is there anything I can do to lighten the clutch on the speed, or is it just the case that bigger engine = more torque = bigger clutch = heavier lever?
