Second hand think tank price

I'm looking at buying a small think tank, and re-purposing it to publish statistics making demnons, lizard men and alien abductions seem more believable.

I estimate that ~15 people will be sufficient for this, but I really need a business with at least a moderately good reputation to make the scheme work.

How much am I looking at here?

We mostly haven't had a single sane thought between us for a few years now...

So given what OP wants, we'd fail the respectable condition, but at least we wouldn't need to be re-purposed.
