LG G4 Died

Happened to me on the first day of holiday - great timing.

Anyone who has had their phone returned, did LG manage to recover any of your data?

Mine stopped charging on Tuesday. LG collected (via DPD) on Thursday and the phone conversation was straight forward enough.
Hoping it won't come back wiped as it is a total ballache reinstalling everything without deregistering certain apps on the phone first.

mine cut out mid call and then refused to get past the logo, sent off last tuesday have bought a wileyfox swift to tide me over, very impressed with it and it cost me 1/3 what i paid for the g4.

Got phone back in two weeks fully working. Wiped unfortunately but fixed.

My colleagues one did the same thing the other day being stuck in a boot loop.

She got it from O2 and it was returned 2 days after she sent it away.
