SFF to Run CSGO

Hi Guys, you recommended me a build 2 years ago! (Still going strong)

I am thinking about downsizing my Full ITX rig. Putting that in a HTPC case and replacing that with a SFF. I only really play CS GO and doing general surfing etc. I was looking for recommendations for a SFF I could mount under a desk etc.

I want to run CS at 1080 144Hz full effects at 150fps+, poss even 1440 maybe if I upgrade the monitor.

I know this is a very specific build but just wondering what I would need as a minimum to run this? I've seen the SkullCaynon but paying that for 1 game is crazy.

CS:GO loves higher clock speed vs cores. So keep an eye on that for first port of call.

You looking to build new or secondary hand?

What's the budget.
