Any Social Workers here?
Got a strange case i could do with some basic advise on.

Hi Rangler,

I am a social worker, but if you are looking for legal advice, I think the best advice anyone can give you is to speak to your solicitor, child's advocate or social worker.

If it really is basic (and would not constitute legal advice) I will do my best to help, I work in adult mental health.

My partner is a social worker - currently working in fostering incl kinship, but has worked front line child protective services.
I'm sure she would be able to offer advice if (as above) it's basic and not legal advice.
