Maildroid undelete emails

I've accidentally deleted all my emails in maildroid, tick box then delete from server. I tried switching off the mobile before it synced, but I was in range of my router.

How can I undelete? I've gone into my outlook/ hotmail and into deleted items and the folder is empty.

It's probably worth posting on the mobile phones and tablets section rather than the mobile games forum. But I would imagine that if it's deleted the emails from the server (which it would try to do if you ticked the box to tell it to) then it will depend on the email provider. E.g. in theory Gmail only archive the emails rather than truly delete them. But I have a feeling you're probably goosed I'm afraid.

Does it not say 'recover deleted items' in blue in the deleted items folder in outlook/Hotmail, right under where it says Deleted items at the top in the folder.
