I probably will sell my 1080Ti for the Ti variant, assuming performance is there.
How would anyone decide that based on current information?
It could possibly help for them to have been formally unveiled too!Surely you would need to see some performance figures before deciding?

Yeah so it seems!!!This is graphics section. Being sensible is not part of the gamer enthusiast vocabulary
I'm on a Titan Xp at the moment so unless the 1180 is at least 50% faster, Which I highly doubt, I'll wait for the inevitable 1280 Ti.
I'm in the same boat. I won't say I have buyer's remorse but I think I could have spent my budget more wisely. I bought a 1080 with a Ryzen R7 1700 and a 240mm AIO.I’ll be swapping my 1080 for Evga 1180ti when it comes out. Should have gone for a Ti 9 months ago as it was only £150 more then my 1080.
